Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients
• Preparing salads, side items, wraps, and catering trays
• Washing dishes
• Cleaning equipment and floors in prep area
• Maintaining a clean work station

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Experience operating light duty cleaning equipment
• Detail-oriented and independent worker
• Availability from 9 pm to 5 am
