Job description:

Are you a night owl with a strong work ethic? Chick-fil-A TigerTown is looking for dedicated and dependable Overnight Team Members to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment and is committed to maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently put away and organize truck deliveries every night.
• Perform thorough cleaning of the dining room and bathrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Perform a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and equipment within.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed, including general maintenance and organization.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Willingness to accept coaching and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Capable of working effectively both alone and as part of a small team.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs above head height.
• Able to work indside a walk-in freezer and cooler for long periods
