The center provides urgent behavioral health services for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including therapy, medication management, suicide prevention, and crisis intervention in a supportive, therapeutic environment.This position provides therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns at the BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center.. The License Eligible Therapist works as part of a multidisciplinary team providing rapid assessment, crisis intervention, treatment, psychiatric and medical monitoring, stabilization, and discharge planning. The BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center uses a brief-stay approach focused on reducing acute symptoms and helping individuals avoid hospitalization when appropriate.Requirements:Master's Degree in Social Work or CounselingOne (1) year of clinical experience including therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and case management functions.
