Overnight Valet Supervisor

Position Title: Valet SupervisorCompany: VPNE Parking SolutionsPosition Type: Full-Time / LeadershipSchedule: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7amPosition SummaryAs a Valet Supervisor, your mission is to facilitate an impressive, high-energy parking operation by leading enthusiastic team members and delivering exceptional service. You will make a lasting impression on every guest by engaging in a positive, friendly manner while ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling. In this role, you will assist in leading daily operations, managing shift staffing, and resolving escalated operational needs as necessary.Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: 1-2 years of valet, hospitality, or supervisory experience.Technical Skill: Highly proficient in driving stick shift (manual transmission) vehicles and able to pass a company driving test.Credentials: Minimum of 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (insurable by VPNE's provider).Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) review.

Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for all team members and guests; safely operate guest vehicles to eliminate accident risks.Operational Oversight: Oversee the secure tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage while keeping the facility highly organized.Service Excellence: Lead by example by smiling, greeting, and assisting every guest, ensuring the entire team delivers an exceptional customer experience.Team Leadership: Set an upbeat tone for the workplace, cultivate an enthusiastic environment, and coach team members on using approved, professional language.Shift Logistics: Communicate clearly with co-workers and management to execute organizational plans and ensure smooth shift handovers.Brand Standards: Maintain a sharp, professional appearance and ensure all team members strictly adhere to VPNE's uniform and grooming guidelines.

Physical & Language Requirements

Communication: Proficient in English (both written and verbal) to effectively create relationships with customers and team members.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, run and move quickly to retrieve vehicles, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
