Temenos TAP Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Temenos TAP Functional Consultant to join our growing team You will be

responsible for working closely with clients to gather business requirements translate them into functional

specifications support implementations and help optimize the usage of Temenos TAP Triple A Plus and

related products The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of wealth management processes

excellent consulting skills and practical experience working with Triple A Plus solutions

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather understand and document business requirements

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and liaise with technical teams

Support the full lifecycle of TAP product implementation from requirement analysis to golive and postproduction support

Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs highlighting key TAP functionalities

Analyze and optimize wealth management business processes based on Triple A Plus capabilities

Assist in system configuration eg system parameters classifications strategies to meet client requirements

Provide training and guidance to client teams on TAP functionalities and best practices

Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution

Support ongoing client engagements with high energy and a commitment to exceeding client expectations

Ensure compliance with client data protection security policies and industry best practices

Prepare comprehensive documentation covering requirements configurations solutions and user guides

Skills and Experience Required

Functional Skills

10 years of experience in wealth management system implementations with a strong specialization of 8

years specifically on Temenos Triple A Plus TAP solutions

Deep understanding of the Temenos Triple A Data Model and overall system architecture including its

integration points and customization possibilities

Detailed implementation experience in one or more Temenos Wealth Suite Front Office WSFO components

with strong implementation knowledge in

TAP Core

WUI Web User Interface

Channels integration

OData services

Order Management processes

Proven expertise in business process analysis detailed requirement gathering gap analysis and functional

specifications documentation

Comprehensive knowledge of wealth management operations including portfolio management client

onboarding KYC compliance workflows and advisory services

Handson experience in TAP product configuration including User Defined Field UDF creation screen design

parameter setups and workflow enhancements to align with business needs

Soft Skills

Excellent consulting skills with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and client communications

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

High motivation with a goaloriented and proactive approach

Excellent communication presentation and documentation skills

Willingness to travel for client engagements if required

Multilingual skills are an advantage
