Role Overview
CNB is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler with expertise in ESP CAWA workload automation tools to support critical enterprise scheduling operations The role involves managing complex batch processing workflows file transfer automation and ensuring stable execution of businesscritical jobs across CNB systems
The candidate will act as a technical lead and clientfacing coordinator working closely with CNB stakeholders to understand requirements drive automation initiatives and ensure high availability of scheduling services
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling Workload Automation CNB Environment
Design implement and manage job scheduling using ESP CAWA tools within CNB ecosystem
Develop and maintain job flows supporting
File transfers eg NAS to CNB internal systems
Batch processing reporting and data movement workflows
Manage job dependencies calendars and sequencing aligned with CNB operational standards
Monitor job execution proactively resolve failures and ensure SLA adherence
Scripting Process Automation
Develop and enhance scripts using
PowerShell VB Script mandatorywilsonalvarezcom
Automate repetitive activities and improve scheduling efficiency
Integrate scripts with ESP scheduling workflows for endtoend automation
Leadership Client Engagement
Lead a team of schedulers and support engineers within the CNB program
Act as a primary point of contact for CNB stakeholders
Gather and clarify requirements
Provide technical guidance and solutions
Drive continuous improvement in scheduling automation and operational efficiency
Governance Reporting Documentation
Provide accurate and timely reporting on
Job execution status
Failures and resolution metrics
Maintain documentation for scheduling workflows scripts and processes
Support audit and compliance requirements within CNB
Required Skills
Mandatory
Strong handson experience in ESP CAWA workload automation tools
Proficiency in PowerShell or VB scripting wilsonalvarezcom
Experience managing batch scheduling job dependencies and file transfer workflows
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Preferred
Experience working with banking financial services clients preferably CNB or similar
Understanding of data transfers enterprise file systems and batch cycles
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Automation, Bash/Shell scripting, Data Governance, PowerShell, Responsive Frameworks
Good to Have Skills : IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler
Benefits
Compensation range: $ 70.00 to 80.00 per hour
