With a strong reputation for hands-on execution and collaboration, they focus on delivering measurable value while maintaining a people-first culture.Job DescriptionSupport or lead data center projects in the Northern Virginia market. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as a key point of contact for clients and field teams. Assist with or oversee project execution from planning through completion. Work both on-site (Manassas project) and in-office (Tysons) with hybrid flexibility. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and project teams. Background with a General Contractor (GC) strongly preferred. Owner's representation experience is a plus (especially for PM/Sr. PM). Ability to manage or support complex construction projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (site + office + WFH). Open to APM, PM, or Senior PM level candidates depending on experience.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $175,000 USD annually- this ranges depending on the role and the experience as well.
