Description

* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

* Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution

* Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication

* Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports

* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams

* Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues

* Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy

* Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery

Profile

A successful Owner's Project Manager should have:

  • Experience working for an Owner's Project Management firm preferred
  • Architectural professionals interested in transitioning into project management are encouraged to apply
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced enviornment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive is a must
  • Motivation to grow within the organization and take on increasing leadership responsibilities
