A growing Owner's Project Management firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee laboratory and life science projects throughout Greater Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with lab or cGMP experience who wants direct client exposure, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

The company manages projects across life sciences, higher education, multifamily, commercial interiors, and real estate development sectors throughout Greater Boston. Known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and impressive project portfolio, the firm continues to experience significant growth and offers employees direct exposure to leadership and high-profile clients.

Description

* Manage projects from planning through completion

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting

* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants

* Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation

* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives

* Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with a General Contractor or OPM firm
  • Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects
  • Experience working on technically complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Stable work history with demonstrated project success

Job Offer
