Our client is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the Owner's Representative on a large-scale, ground-up data center development in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This individual will oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Description

  • Project Management: Serve as the Owner's Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale/mission-critical data center development project
  • Team Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Review and evaluate construction schedules, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
  • Quality Control: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies related to budget, schedule, and execution.
  • Documentation: Facilitate meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all project teams.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • 8-10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up construction projects within one or more of the following sectors:
    • Data Centers (highly preferred)
    • Mission-Critical Facilities
    • Manufacturing Facilities
    • Semiconductor Facilities
    • Laboratories
    • High-Rise Construction
    • Multifamily Developments
    • Large Civil or Site Development Projects

Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative firm and/or a General Contractor.

  • Strong knowledge of site development, civil construction, building systems, and overall project delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on project objectives.
  • High-energy, hands-on problem solver capable of driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
