MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.10+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experienceStrong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completionExperience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new workStrong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teamsProficient in Microsoft 365 and BluebeamSolid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractsDegree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferredPMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as requiredCompetitive base salary: $145K-$165KAnnual performance-based bonus tied to revenue and metrics20 days PTO + 12 paid holidays100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision (employee)401(k) with 4% company matchMileage + cell phone reimbursementPaid professional development and certifications$500 home office technology allowanceHybrid work model (Friday remote)
