Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors
The Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will be responsible for:
- Lead multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeout
- Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycle
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project delivery
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
- Run project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentation
- Mentor and support junior team members while driving team performance
- Contribute to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Support proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies
The Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors should have:
- 10+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experience
- Strong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)
- Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new work
- Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teams
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
- Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts
- Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
- PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required
Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors may receive:
- Competitive base salary: $145K-$165K
- Annual performance-based bonus tied to revenue and metrics
