Job Title: Owner Services Liaison

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owner service inquiries and account management
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Assist in resolving owner concerns and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
• Document interactions and maintain organized records of all owner-related activities
• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance owner satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required
