What We’re Looking For:

• Previous oyster shucking experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of oyster varieties and raw bar service a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
