We are seeking a motivated P&C and Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you will work with warm leads, build meaningful client relationships, and help individuals and families protect their assets through personalized insurance solutions. This position offers the opportunity to sell both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products. • Prospect and generate new business through quote follow-up, referrals, and customer inquiries
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, and life insurance solutions
• Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on available protection options
• Quote, submit, and bind policies accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and onboarding process
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions

• Bilingual skills are a major plus
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance or related sales experience a bonus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales aptitude with a customer-first approach
• Ability to explain insurance coverage clearly and confidently
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
