This position will provide service to existing and prospective clients of Stephens Insurance. They will communicate with customers by phone or in person to assist them with questions, problems, changes, certificates, or other issues concerning theiraccount. They will also interact with insurance company underwriters in addition to customers to gather data and exchange required information.
