Seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative in Paramus, NJ, earning $25-$30/hr.
- Provide professional service on coverage, policy changes, billing, and claims.
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and new applications.
- Issue certificates and review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps.
- Assist producers with account servicing, remarketing, and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed client records and communicate with carriers.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.
Qualifications:- At least 2 years of P&C insurance customer service experience.
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines coverage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
