Commercial P&C Insurance Account Manager
Location: Monroe, NY
Salary: $70K to $100K DOE
A growing Property & Casualty insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial insurance experience who can handle quoting, policy servicing, client requests, and day-to-day account management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with commercial insurance accounts and understand the full policy lifecycle, including new business, endorsements, audits, and claims coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage and service commercial insurance accounts
Prepare and review commercial insurance quotes
Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and client requests
Assist with audits and claims management
Communicate with carriers and clients to ensure excellent service
Maintain accurate policy documentation and account records
Qualifications:
Commercial P&C insurance experience required
Experience with quoting, servicing, policy changes, audits, and claims
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
