P&C Insurance Sales Team Member (REMOTE)

Kim Asay Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team.

In this role, your primary focus is sales and new business growth, while also providing exceptional service and support to our existing clients. Youll work with inbound prospects and current customers to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and confidently ask for the sale.

Were looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and turning conversations into opportunities. Whether youre helping a new prospect find the right coverage or assisting an existing client with a policy need, youll be expected to look at the entire client relationship, identify gaps in protection, and offer solutions that help both the client and the agency grow. We want someone that can close and wants a six-figure income.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting prospects & customers with their Property & Casualty insurance needs.
• Manage inbound calls, outbound sales calls, emails, and internet leads with urgency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindsetactively identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, service requests, and other account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general account inquiries.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their changing needs.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverages, cross-sell products, and provide new insurance quotes when appropriate.
• Proactively follow up on renewals, outstanding documentation, policy updates, and pending service requests.
• Support new business opportunities by educating clients on available products and helping them make informed insurance decisions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within agency management systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Agency Manager, and team members to drive client retention, agency growth, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow Allstate guidelines, agency procedures, and all client privacy and compliance requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed agency performance expectations, including service, retention, and sales objectives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that values accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

• Must be: Personable, Genuine desire to WIN, Self-Driven with a Great Attitude
• Have or be willing to obtain a P&C Insurance license in WA State
