Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
This role is for you if
- You've written 2040 items and know you're capable of more
- You've felt undertrained, under led, or under-supported somewhere before
- You want coaching, not micromanagement
- You're tired of being stuck and ready to actually grow
You don't need a perfect track record. You need the right attitude and a license.
Requirements
- Active P&C Insurance License: Florida 2-20 license or ability to obtain a FL non-resident P&C license
- 3+ months of real P&C insurance sales experience (Allstate experience a plus)
- Proven track record selling P&C policies and meeting sales goals
- Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with CRM tools and insurance software
