Our client is seeking a driven, results-oriented P&C National Sales Manager lead new business development efforts within the Commercial/Personal Auto, General Liability, and Property insurance services industry. This role is focused on creating demand, developing new relationships, building a qualified sales pipeline, and securing new business rather than managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a consultative business development leader who understands the insurance claims ecosystem and is comfortable prospecting, leveraging industry relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and representing the organization with senior-level decision-makers. This is a fully remote position!
Candidates with a successful track record in generating and cultivating Carrier, TPA, MGA, and Self-Insured client relationships, are strongly encouraged to apply! Highly knowledgeable in selling Commercial/Personal Lines Auto Claims or Appraising services, would be a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on generating net-new business across insurance carriers, TPAs, MGAs, fleet organizations, and other prospective clients.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, existing industry relationships, referrals, networking, conferences, and marketing initiatives.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospect identification and discovery through presentations, proposals, pricing discussions, negotiations, contracting, and implementation handoff.
Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers while effectively communicating claims-related service capabilities and solutions.
Qualifications
Successful B2B sales or business development experience within the Property & Casualty insurance, claims, TPA, independent adjusting, appraisal, inspection, managed repair, fleet, or related service industries.
Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, generate pipeline, and secure new business through direct sales efforts.
Strong understanding of the P&C insurance and claims ecosystem, with experience across Auto, Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or related lines considered.
Existing relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, MGAs, fleets, or other industry decision-makers are highly preferred.
Ability to translate industry knowledge and client needs into effective sales opportunities and solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the professional presence to represent the organization at industry events.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
Salary & Benefits
$100,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience + additional commission/incentive compensation based on individual sales performance
