Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $40-$43 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed. No weekend rotation, but may be required to float to different locations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $40-$43 per hour and a flexible schedule with no weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their condition and prevent future injuries

- Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to ensure coordinated and effective treatment

- Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to occasionally float to different locations as needed
