If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** Candidates applying must be must be P-TECH graduates and must be registered students in a college or university program in order to be eligible for Fall 2026 Co-op. Co-Ops at IBM exercise deep and broad skills across software and hardware development, data science, product management, business analytics, finance, consulting, sales, marketing & communications, design, and HR. Work arrangements may vary based on business needs. This role allows for remote work. Co-ops may also work from their nearest IBM location when appropriate. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available **Required technical and professional expertise** * Graduate of a P-TECH School * Willingness to work at least 40 hours per month (10 hr/wk) * Ability to work independently, when needed, as well as collaborate with a cross-functional team * Some knowledge or expertise in any ONE of the following: Computer Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems Software Engineering, Mobile Programming, or Computer Programming Network Technology Web Development Cyber Security IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
