Job Title: P2 Operator-Machine Operator
Location: Jasper, GA 30143
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 2nd | Mon-Fri | 4:30pm-3:00am

P2 Operator description:
Key Responsibilities
Operate fabrication equipment such as:
o Press brake
o Turret punch
o Shear
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
Set up machines and adjust settings to meet specifications
Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy
Fabricate metal components including panels, brackets, frames, and fixture parts
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards
Maintain production flow to meet daily output goals
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Assist with material handling, staging, and movement between departments
Collaborate with welding, assembly, and finishing teams

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
13+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to lift 4050 lbs and stand for long periods
