We are seeking certified P–3 Preschool Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year who are committed to helping young children learn, play, and grow. As part of our partnership with the Mount Laurel School District, you will support the care and education of preschoolers ages 3–5 while contributing to a nurturing, developmentally rich early learning environment.

Schedule Details:
  • Monday–Friday, hours to be determined
  • 40 hour week
  • School Year Position (August–June)
  • Opportunity to pick up additional hours during the summer, if desired
  • Follows the Mount Laurel School District calendar
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • P3 Certification; Standard preferred. Can accept CE with EPP and mentorship, or CEAS with mentorship
  • State required background checks
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per Academic Year

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that reflect the needs, interests, and developmental levels of preschool learners. 
  • Lead daily classroom activities while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and well‑managed learning environment.
  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and apply new strategies to enhance instructional quality.
  • Plan and facilitate educational experiences that support all areas of early childhood development.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to build strong, positive relationships and support a collaborative school community.
