P6 Scheduler Contract

Duration: Contract approximately 3-6 months, with part-time hours after start-up
Start Date: ASAP
Pay range: $100-$150/hr DOE
Can be hybrid or 100% remote

Overview
Seeking an experienced Scheduler to support infrastructure and construction projects within the minerals and metals industry. This role will focus on building new schedules and updating, maintaining, and improving existing project schedules using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Review existing schedules and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Incorporate project progress, changes, and updated timelines.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to validate schedule updates.
• Build and develop schedules from scratch for in-house projects.
• Track critical activities, milestones, dependencies, and schedule performance.
• Assist with schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional scheduling experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, mining, minerals, or metals.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience updating and improving existing project schedules.
• Understanding of construction project sequencing, dependencies, and critical path methodology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams.

Contract: Approximately 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
