Role Overview:
We are seeking an NP or PA to support our outpatient cardiology practice. This role provides hands-on patient care, test interpretation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality cardiac care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
Order, review, and communicate tests and results.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and follow-up care.
Participate in patient education and individualized care planning.
