- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required
- Outpatient primary care Nurse Practitioner float role supporting clinics in the Port Orange area
- 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on value-based, patient-centered care and preventive health
- Small patient panels designed to support quality care and strong patient relationships
- No nights and no weekends
