Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 9/30/2026 with potential for extension
  • Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri 
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required
  • EMR: Allscripts
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $85-90/hr.
