Given our growing business, Arup is looking for a Northwest Bridges Lead to join our Bridges and Civil Structures team in Seattle, supporting a portfolio of major rail and transit infrastructure programs across the United States and Canada. This role is suited to a senior bridge professional who combines strong technical leadership with client engagement and an interest in shaping future work.
The Bridges Lead will provide leadership across the design and delivery of complex bridge projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and clients in a Prime Consultant environment. In addition to overseeing technical workstreams and ensuring high‑quality outcomes, the role includes contributing to proposals, supporting client relationships, and helping guide the strategic direction of Arups bridges practice in the Pacific Northwest.

Seattle Hiring Range
The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Seattle is $160,000 to $180,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Seattle will differ.
