Seeking a Packaging Engineer to support technology transfer, commercialization, and launch of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support packaging transfers, commercialization, line trials, and validation activities.
Develop packaging specifications and evaluate container closure systems.
Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot packaging/manufacturing challenges.
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and Development teams.
Drive packaging process improvements and support product launches.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.
Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical packaging engineering/manufacturing.
Experience with technology transfer, container closure systems, packaging specifications, and validation.
Strong troubleshooting, risk assessment, project management, and cross-functional skills.
Preferred: Serialization, pallet configurations, packaging line optimization, SAP, TrackWise, or eForms experience.
