Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Seattle, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management, along with the ability to lead solution design, configuration, and implementation activities within a Workday environment.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management solutions to support business and human capital management objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical Workday initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution approaches.

• Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice Workday configurations that improve recruiting, talent management, and workforce planning capabilities.

• Partner with business users, HR teams, and technical teams to support system enhancements, testing activities, issue resolution, and production support requirements.

• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and system configuration guides to support ongoing business operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management solutions within enterprise environments.

• Strong experience leading Workday configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support activities across multiple business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, design solutions, and deliver successful Workday implementations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and broader Workday platform functionality.

• Workday certifications related to Talent Management, Recruiting, HCM, or other Workday disciplines are preferred.

• Experience working within complex enterprise environments that require collaboration across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.

• Experience working with Workday partner organizations or Workday-certified implementation methodologies.

• Strong understanding of SaaS application management, change management processes, and system governance best practices.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
