What You'll Do as a Packager:- Sort and process recyclable materials according to company and environmental standards
- Operate equipment such as conveyors, grinders, crushers, balers, and pumps
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safe operations
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure workplace safety
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues or concerns to management
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals set by leadership
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient material processing
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial processing environments preferred
- Experience operating equipment or forklifts or willingness to train
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet production goals
- Basic proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office applications
