Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both physically on the warehouse floor and within systems
• Comfortable handling small electronic components and large battery packs

Success Milestones

• First 30 days - Demonstrate consistent adherence to SOPs and safety standards while building at expected pace under supervision.
• First 60 days - Independently complete assemblies that meet quality standards and expected production times with minimal rework.
• First 90 days - Consistently meet or exceed build times with high first-pass quality while contributing across multiple products or processes.
• Internal / Company Outcome - Operate as a cross-trained assembler who helps maintain production flow, reduces bottlenecks, and contributes to continuous improvement.
• Customer / External Outcome - Deliver reliable, high-quality battery products on time, ensuring consistent performance in the field.
