Job Duties

• Follow all safety rules, wear required safety gear, and handle chemicals and materials safely.
• Package, label, and prepare customer orders by following work instructions and quality standards.
• Use forklifts and other equipment to move, store, and organize materials in the correct locations.
• Check product labels, lot numbers, quantities, and shipping information to make sure orders are accurate.
• Complete paperwork, shipping documents, and inventory records clearly and correctly.
• Work with team members to meet production goals, solve problems, keep the work area clean, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience in packaging, manufacruring, production, warehouse, or a related industry.
• Able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to work overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or other regulated industrial environments.
• Experience handling hazardous materials and regulated products.
• Experience using SAP, Workday, QT9, or similar business systems.
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience working with quality, shipping, or inventory documentation.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Packager you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

A Packager contributes to warehouse success by selecting products, packing shipments, and supporting efficient inventory movement throughout daily operations. This position requires organization, physical stamina, and careful attention to detail.

The Packager supports order accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse productivity while maintaining safe work practices and efficient fulfillment processes.
