Packager

Flowly Solutions is expanding its operations! We are seeking an energetic Packager to handle product preparation, order verification, and packing execution. If you enjoy an active, fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering top-quality goods to customers, this team-oriented position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, wrap, and securely box finished products according to client packaging specifications prior to distribution.
• Apply accurate shipping labels, seal cartons, and stack boxes onto pallets to prepare outbound freight.
• Utilize hand trucks and pallet jacks to safely transfer packed inventory to staging lanes.
• Perform routine cycle counts and cross-check packing lists to maintain high order accuracy.
• Partner with fulfillment colleagues to hit daily target quotas and keep facility operations running on schedule.
• Keep packaging stations stocked with materials, clean, and hazard-free while following company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Background in warehouse packaging, order fulfillment, assembly, or general labor is helpful.
• Experience operating handheld barcode scanners or basic packaging tools is a plus (onsite training provided for eager learners).
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
• Reliable transportation guaranteeing prompt daily attendance.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs safely.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends off)
• Overtime opportunities available based on operational volume
