Packager — Manufacturing | Seabrook, TX
Pay: $17–$19/hr

We're hiring a Packager for a local manufacturer in Seabrook! In this fast-paced, detail-oriented role, you'll be responsible for packaging and labeling chemical products, documenting your work, and working as part of a team. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Fill chemical products into quart, gallon, 5-gallon, and drum containers.
• Apply appropriate labels and package product containers into boxes.
• Gather and prepare labels, boxes, and containers for packaging work orders.
• Stack and palletize finished product boxes and transfer packaged goods to the warehouse.
• Operate filling and packaging equipment.
• Use CRM systems and label printers to print product labels.
• Complete work activity logs, work orders, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping and cleaning.
• Retrieve daily work orders and determine the materials needed for packaging.

What You Need:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to perform manual labor in hot and humid conditions.
• Comfortable working with a variety of chemical products while following all required PPE and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely work in an industrial environment with noise, vibration, hand trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment.
• Ability to push or pull fully loaded pallets using a hand truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted to chest height.
• Ability to carry and stack pails weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or manipulate drums weighing 200–500 lbs by hand.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• $17–$19/hr
