Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts available

What You'll Do as a Packagers:- Package finished products according to quality and production standards
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate packaging specifications are met
- Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production operations
- Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment concerns promptly
- Assist with production line activities as needed to meet output goals
What You Need to Bring to the Packagers Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to perform basic math, including fractions and decimals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by production needs
- Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in indoor production environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and manufacturing materials
