Packaging Agent 2nd Shift

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 4PM - 12:30AM

CORE JOB DUTIES

Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.

Measuring, packaging, and labeling products

Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.

Maintaining a sanitary work environment

Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

1. 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure

3. Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner

4. Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

6. Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus

REQUIREMENTS

Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
