Location: Banning, CA.

Pay: $19/hr. to start
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 11:45 AM 10:30 PM (training Mon-Thurs. 6am-4:30pm)

Job Summary

Arrow Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to join a production team in Banning, CA.. The operator will work with tire production equipment and be responsible for removing formed tires from the machine, trimming excess material, inspecting finished tires for defects, and preparing them for packaging.

Essential Duties

• Remove formed tires from the production machine.

• Trim excess rubber/flash from finished tires.

• Inspect tires for blemishes, defects, or quality issues.

• Place finished tires into boxes for packaging.

• Follow production and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Good attention to detail for quality inspection.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be able to work the required schedule.

• Must be able to complete training on 1st shift before moving to the regular mid-shift schedule.
