The Packaging Associate is responsible for final product inspection, packaging, and ensuring quality standards are met.
They visually inspect finished products, communicate issues, and discard non-conforming items.
The role includes packaging various product types, labeling, stacking, and palletizing according to specifications.
Associates operate packaging equipment, perform rework, and manage scrap recycling while maintaining safety and GMP guidelines.
They support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and follow standard work procedures.
Essential skills include effective communication, basic math, safety awareness, and physical ability to stand, lift, and reach.
Preferred experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial.
