Packaging Associate
Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Schedule: Swing Shift (2-2-3 rotation)
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring Packaging Associates for a night shift opportunity. This position operates on a 2-2-3 swing shift schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days rotating). If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all bags are running with correct weights
- Ensure all bags are in proper registration (cutoff and side-to-side registration)
- Verify all bags are properly code-dated with price and date legible and correctly positioned on the face of the bag
- Ensure bags are sealed properly (back seal and end seal)
- Inspect overall bag appearance to meet quality standards
- Add or remove air from bags to ensure proper air fill
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM 6 AM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
