Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring Packaging Associates for a night shift opportunity. This position operates on a 2-2-3 swing shift schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days rotating). If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all bags are running with correct weights
Ensure all bags are in proper registration (cutoff and side-to-side registration)
Verify all bags are properly code-dated with price and date legible and correctly positioned on the face of the bag
Ensure bags are sealed properly (back seal and end seal)
Inspect overall bag appearance to meet quality standards
Add or remove air from bags to ensure proper air fill
Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM 6 AM)
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
