Responsibilities
Package silicone, plastic components, and tubing according to work instructions, batch records, and quality standards
Perform inspection of components for defects, damage, or contamination prior to packaging
Operate cleanroom packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanroom gowning, hygiene, and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination
Label, track, and document packaged components accurately, ensuring compliance with traceability and batch record requirements
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Identify and report any quality or process deviations to supervision
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency and quality
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet production targets
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the packaging area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or manufacturing training required
2 yrs. of related experience in manufacturing and packaging
Previous experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environment required
Knowledge of packaging techniques for silicone, plastics, and tubing a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and interpret batch records, SOPs, and labeling requirements
Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs. safely
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts
Ability to perform detailed visual inspection tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods while working in a cleanroom environment
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a cleanroom environment with gowning requirements
May require standing for extended periods and performing repetitive manual tasks
Must comply with all safety, quality, and environmental policies

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $19/Hr. -$24/Hr.. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
