Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math and counting skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Job Duties:

• Package finished hardwood flooring products according to company specifications
• Inspect flooring products for defects, damage, and quality concerns before boxing
• Apply labels and prepare products for shipment
• Stack boxes and assist with palletizing finished products
• Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality standards
• Operate basic packaging equipment and hand tools as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
