Packaging Associate

Position Summary:
Responsible for packing and preparing products for shipment to customers. This role involves ensuring that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and secured for transport. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that shipping deadlines are met while following safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities:
• Pack products according to specifications, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
• Label all packages with the correct shipping information, including customer addresses and product details.
• Verify that the correct products are packed and prepared for shipment by reviewing packing lists and orders.
• Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing, ensuring that only high-quality items are shipped.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
• Maintain an organized packing area to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of packing materials and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Support the logistics department by assisting in the loading and unloading of shipments when needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures while working in the shipping department.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including packing lists and inventory updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager to support shipping operations.
