The Packaging Associate is responsible for the assembly, inspection, and packaging of compounds. This includes using basic tools and fixtures for assembly, ensuring all finished parts meet quality criteria, and packaging components for shipment.

  • Assemble, label and package a variety of compounds products.
  • Inspect finished parts for all quality criteria as defined in process documents.
  • Package finished parts according to packaging specifics.
  • Able to differentiate part numbers.
  • Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate well between departments, to notify leaders and engineers to problem solve issues.
  • Use appropriate PPE for designated area.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 0-1 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing and computer skills such as basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and use of Microsoft Office.
  • Personal/ Soft skills: Must Demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and or move up to 40 lbs.

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $19/hr to $31/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
