As a Packaging Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality products are packaged safely and efficiently.
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment
- Perform quality and packaging integrity checks
- Verify product weights and production standards
- Complete equipment start-up and shut-down procedures
- Load and unload products from packaging machines
- Remove rejected packages and monitor machine performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow food safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 12-hour shift
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a food production environment
- Commitment to safety and PPE requirements
- Flexibility to assist in multiple production areas
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
