We are seeking a Packaging Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on selling packaging machinery solutions within the assigned region, working closely with sales representatives to drive business growth. As the subject matter expert (SME) on packaging automation, the Specialist will provide expertise and support to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring successful machinery sales and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell packaging machinery solutions across the region, partnering with sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for packaging automation, providing technical knowledge and product guidance internally and externally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored automation solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits of automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in packaging automation.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in packaging machinery sales or automation solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of packaging systems and automation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
