Packaging Associate Day Shift
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00am4:30pm
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

What youll be doing:
Packaging finished lip care products accurately and efficiently
Labeling, boxing, and preparing products for shipment
Following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Working as part of a steady, team-oriented production environment
Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
What theyre looking for:
Good attendance and reliability (this matters most)
Ability to work at a consistent pace with attention to detail
Manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work
